Christie is the daughter of Joseph and Mary. She is Christian's twin sister. At Joseph's cookout, they creep Amanda and the player character out by saying "Won't you come play with us?" and "Come play with us. Forever", which is a reference to the Kubrick movie "The Shining", from 1980. It is revealed in the 'Poker Night' extra that Christie's full name is Christine.
On Joseph's first date, Christian and Christie will try once again to creep the player character out by quoting The Shining. Depending on your dialogue choices, you may egg them on and make Joseph laugh by telling them to repeat several more horror film quotes. Later, when you go into the kitchen to investigate a loud crash, you will run into Christie once again and discover that she has a slightly more friendly personality when she's not with her twin brother Christian; she will begin to smile more and her eyes will appear wider and brighter. Joseph will play with her by tickling her, pretending to attack her with 'spiders'. Depending on your dialogue options, you may pretend to duel the 'Spider King' in order to 'rescue' Christie. Upon your victory, she will thank you for saving her by hugging your leg, then run off to play with her sparkle pony instead of staying and baking brownies with you and Joseph.
On Craig's second date, if you complete the scavenger hunt, you will discover that Christian and Christie have taken River's stuffed capybara Arnold and cut him into pieces.
