Jim and Kim's is a bar located within Maple Bay. There is no one named Jim or Kim who runs the bar. That would be Neil. If you choose to go out and watch 'the Game' during your first night in town, this is where you will end up. You will meet Mary there; she will hit on you and you will have a short conversation. Later, you will meet Robert and have a conversation with him about the game you two are watching on TV. Depending on how you talk with Robert, there is a chance to leave the bar with him and spend the night at his house (doing so will earn you the Bad Dad achievement and stop you from pursuing Robert as your Dream Daddy).
