Jim and Kim's is a bar located within Maple Bay. There is no one with the names Jim or Kim owning that bar. The place belongs to Neil. Our avatar dad can meet Robert there and have a conversation with him about the game, which is on TV. Depending on how our avatar dad is talking with Robert, there is a chance to romance him and to leave with him the Bar and have a "sleep over" at Robert's place.
